This document explains the terms and rules governing the use of the mk4 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any offered services.

By registering an account or using any services provided by mk4 on https://mk4.wine, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration or platform use.
These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and mk4 as the platform operator. Continued use after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users below the legal age set by Malaysian law are prohibited from using this platform.
Each user is permitted only one active mk4 account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. mk4 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm information validity. Registration using false information or another person’s identity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account. mk4 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately and change your password.
Users are prohibited from using mk4 for any fraudulent activities, money laundering, or actions violating Malaysian law. The use of automated software, bots, or technical methods to manipulate betting or payment systems is forbidden. Sharing accounts, transferring balances without permission, or any behavior harmful to other users or platform integrity is also prohibited.
All financial transactions on mk4 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via payment methods available on the platform, including supported online banking and e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are specified in your account deposit section.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and fulfillment of any rollover requirements tied to active bonuses or promotions. mk4 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests if fraud or term violations are reasonably suspected.
Mk4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in cases of term violations, fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or any conduct harmful to the platform or other users. In suspected fraud cases, balances may be frozen during investigation.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so via account settings or by contacting support. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met.
The mk4 platform is provided "as is." While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee it will always be free of technical errors or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
Mk4 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or damages arising from reliance on information on the platform affected by technical errors. Our liability is limited to the amount you deposited within 30 days prior to the claim.
All content on the mk4 platform—including logos, text, layouts, graphics, and software—is the exclusive property of mk4 or our licensors. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Intellectual property violations may result in legal action.
The mk4 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. mk4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of these services is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third-party terms.
Your personal data collection and processing by mk4 is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to how we handle your data as described in that policy. We comply with applicable Malaysian data protection laws and do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Mk4 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect and binding on both parties.
